Privacy

Your privacy is important to us.  We won't disclose your details to anyone else.  Your contact and order details will remain on file until you request they be deleted or you unsubscribe.  You may opt out from receiving our newsletter.

All images, logos and trademarks are copyright.  Please don't copy or use without approval or you may incur legal action.

How to purchase on-line

Sign-Up (or Log-In) first so you don't have to enter your details each time you shop.  Choose product/s, click "buy" button,  View shopping cart and edit the details before going through checkout.  

Payments / Security

Major credit cards via Paymate, direct credit (Westpac Bank:  03-0415-0629513-00) and cheques accepted.  Your credit card details are kept with Paymate.  We do not view, hold or store your credit card or bank account details.

Pricing

Prices are shown in NZ dollars and include GST.  Prices are subject to change without notice.

Freight

We use NZ Couriers Track and Trace within NZ.  Rural delivery incurs an additional charge.  Contact us for International freight costs.  Your order will be sent within 3 business days of cleared funds, unless otherwise advised.   You should receive your item/s within 3-14 working days.

Postage / Gift Wrap Service

If you would like us to send your purchase to someone else drop us a note with the delivery address details.  We also have Gift Wrap options available by clicking here.

Returns

If the goods you receive are damaged or faulty, please contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will replace, refund or credit.   

Maori Owned / Made in NZ

Iti Gifts is a whanau based 100% maori owned business.  We are proud to support other whanau either by buying from other NZ  creative people or small nz businesses.  We choose to sell items made in NZ, with a Maori or Aotearoa flavour,  original or interestingly original.  We also want to support and share the talents of the contributors with you so that we can help them in their creative journey as well.  (Ma whero ma pango ka oti ai te mahi)

Recycle

We hope to have a good choice of organic and/or environmentally aware products including organic clothing options so watch this space.  We encourage you to recycle/reuse any packaging, used to protect your gift during transit.  (Whatungarongaro te tangata, toitu te whenua)
