A full refund will be provided for any goods returned to our warehouse, UNOPENED in their original packaging, and within 30 days from date of receipt. YOU MUST have the receipt or confirmation of the sale. Shipping expenses, in both directions, are not refundable.
If the goods you receive are faulty, we will replace those goods if they are returned to our warehouse within 30 days of purchase. Reimbursement for shipping expenses will be up to the value of the original quoted shipping cost.
After 30 days returns and refunds are subject to manufacturers warranty.
For Health reasons NO refunds or replacements will be provided for Stockings, Facemasks or Jewellery so please choose carefully. There will also be no refunds or exchanges on Sale items.
The privacy of your customer data, orders and credit cards are important to us. We will not disclose or sell your customer data to any third party. We will only send you email newsletters if you explicitly opt in.
Credit card details are not stored anywhere on our servers nor in our premises. Your credit card details are processed in real time by an independent payment gateway authorised by our bank, using secure encryption.
We will process your order within 3 business days following full payment (including CORRECT POSTAGE) of cleared funds. Payment by online banking cannot be checked until the next business day. We will send you an email notifying you when your order has been shipped. Please allow upto 2-3 days for delivery domestically, or 1 week internationally.

All images, logos and trademarks are copyright to the suppliers, designers, artists and crafters who create them. Please dont copy or reproduce any of the artwork without approval or you may incur legal action.

ITI is a whanau based 100% Māori owned business. We are proud to support other whānau either by buying from other NZ creative people or small NZ businesses. Where possible, we endeavour to sell items with a Māori or Aotearoa flavour. We also want to support and share the talents of the contributors with you so that we can help them in their creative journey as well.
We encourage you to recycle/reuse any packaging used to protect your gift during transit. We also try to reuse and reycle packaging to reduce unneccessary waste.
Our handcrafted items will have some imperfections due to the nature of the item being handmade and not precision machined. Our kakahu have been made with utmost care but again, as handmade items there may be some imperfections in comparison to large mass produced machine made products.
Colours may appear different on your monitor, or can alter depending on the dye batch of products compared to the original image of the item. therefore we cannot guarantee the colours of the image on your monitor will be completely accurate.
As a small business and in order to maintain organic growth of our business, Pre-orders are sometimes offered. Pre-orders are items that are not instock but are either due to be stocked or available for you to order from a sample of products shown online. Pre-orders are not available or viewable instore.
An image or description of the item will be provided along with the estimated timeframe for receiving the item. Sometimes we are unable to deliver as planned due to factors outside of our control, however, we will keep you updated in an effort to complete your order as soon as possible.

Payment of postage/freight is due on all purchases. Additional costs are incurred for Rural Delivery or other deliver within NZ (i.e. Great Barrier, Stewart Island etc). International costs will be confirmed when the order is completed and items weighed for pricing.
We use NZ Couriers Track and Trace within NZ. Rural delivery incurs an additional $6 charge. Contact us for International freight costs. Your order will be sent within 3 business days of cleared funds, unless otherwise advised. You should receive your item/s within 3-14 working days. Postage costs are due for each package sent out unless replacing items which are faulty or damaged. If you wish to return or exchange your item you will be required to bare the cost of postage which includes the original cost of posting, returning the item to us and/or posting another item back.
If you choose standard overseas post (the most economical) we cannot provide tracking details. NZ Post suggest the package should arrive on average of within 5-10 working days, however, this can vary and we have found they can sometimes arrive up to 20 days later. If you wish to have track and trace for overseas, the cost is approximately double standard freight but we can arrange International track and trace.

Any Limited Edition Item or Sale, Discount or Sample items are final sale "As is where is" and NO RETURNS or EXCHANGES are allowed. If exchange is requested for alternative product, same procedure above is in place. These items are likely to be in this category due to them being end of line or slightly imperfect or samples only.
All Sales, Discounts and Promotions on product are only valid for current/future orders. Iti Gifts deserves the right to discount product based on seasonality, no discounts will be provided on past purchased products.
